Job Openings

FPCS is looking for a collaborative, authentic Pastor who will walk with us in faith as the church heads into its next chapter. This leader will help the church through change by fostering servant leadership, modeling loving acceptance of all our differences, celebrating each as a child of God, and engaging the congregation to envision a future that retains our core identity while stirring the heart of the next generation.

The Pastor’s responsibilities include: preach and teach the Word, administer the sacraments, nurture discipleship, pray for and with the congregation. The Pastor will support mission, music, and family ministries, small groups, confirmation and new member classes, attend the sick, homebound, and those in time of need, providing appropriate counseling at all stages of life. As Head of Staff, the Pastor will enable both staff and lay leaders (Session, Deacons, ministry teams) to grow their gifts and help align the church’s ministries with its long-range goals of growing deeper in faith and reaching wider in love.

If you are seeking to answer this call as a member of the PCUSA, please apply directly through Church Leadership Connection.

If you are part of a covenant partnership denomination, please send your CV to FPCSPNC@snopres.org for referral to Northwest Coast Presbytery.
